Founded in 1947, Interfaith Social Services is dedicated to improving life for South Shore families and individuals in need. Their unique approach relies on a team of volunteers, donors and community partners to deliver compassionate, client-centered programs focused on hunger, mental health and emergency assistance.

feed the hungry

On Friday, December 5, 2014, Interfaith Social Services will hold its 17th Annual Feed the Hungry Gala to help South Shore families in need. The Gala will be held at the Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy.

Corporate support of events like the Feed The Hungry Gala is vital to Interfaith Social Services’ fight  against hunger. Donations make it possible for Interfaith to feed, clothe and comfort over 20,000 hungry local residents each year.

This year Granite City Electric donated a 7500 Watt Generator and transfer switch to the Feed The Hungry Gala Auction.  We are proud to support such a worthy organization.
